Instructions
Juice lemon.
Mince garlic.
Chop or slice all fruit and vegetables.
Cut cheese and eggs in bite-size pieces.
Prepare any meats and set aside to use as beautiful garnish.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all your vegetables and fruit and add salad dressing. Toss well to make sure everything is coated with dressing.
